I wanted to thank you both for helping me get Sue into her house on time. It is always hard to arrange things so that a client can move out of one home and then straight into another and it is especially hard when the move is from one state to another, but you guys did a fantastic job. Sue has so many pets (5 cats and 1 Dog) it would have been very hard to figure out what to do with all of them if we had not been able to do this closing in record time. It doesn't seem as though any sales are easy anymore but you guys made this sale work as well as it could have possibly worked.
